Changing Or Cancelling An Order

Orders can be changed until they are picked, which is usually within an hour of being placed during working hours.

What you can change

• Delivery address — until dispatch.
• Size or colour — only before picking. After that, order the replacement and return the original.
• Cancel entirely — until dispatch, refunded in full.

What you cannot change

• Personalised items. Once a name or number has gone to print it cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
• The payment method. Cancel and reorder instead.

If your parcel has already been dispatched, refuse it at the door. It comes straight back to us and we refund on arrival — faster than posting it yourself.
