We print names, numbers and crests in house. Artwork is checked by a person before anything goes to press.
Artwork requirements
- Vector format —
.ai,.epsor.svg. A PNG will be rejected at any size. - Fonts converted to outlines.
- Spot colours specified as Pantone references, not RGB.
If you only have a raster logo, we can redraw it as vector artwork for a one-off fee of £45. It is worth doing once — you will use it for years.

Turnaround starts when artwork is approved, not when the order is placed. Approval sits with you, and it is where nearly all delays happen.
Reordering later in the season
We keep your artwork and the exact garment specification on file for three years, so a mid-season replacement shirt matches the rest of the squad. Quote your original order number.
