Placing Your First Order
Everything on the site is priced including VAT. Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
The checkout steps
- Basket — review sizes and quantities. This is the last easy place to change a size.
- Delivery — choose an address and a service. Next-day cut-off is 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Payment — card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna. See Which payment methods we accept.
- Confirm — you will receive an order number in the format
PRO-000000.
What happens next
Orders placed before the cut-off are usually picked the same afternoon. You will get two emails: one confirming the order, and one when it leaves our warehouse with a tracking link.
Nothing is charged until your order is dispatched. The amount you see at checkout is an authorisation, not a payment.
